Shipping Policy – Milona

Available Deliveries

Milona ships its products to mainland France, the European Union, Switzerland, and several other countries such as the United States, Canada, Australia, and certain Gulf countries.


Countries We Ship To

We currently deliver to the following countries:
France, United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain (including islands and territories), Australia, Canada, United States, Switzerland, Japan, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, India, and Mexico.


Exceptions

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes in Canada, APO addresses, the Virgin Islands, or the Channel Islands.

In the United States, however, we are able to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

If your country is not listed above, please contact us.
We review each case individually, but a minimum order of €150 (after discounts) is required for destinations not listed, such as Algeria, Turkey, or Brazil.


Shipping Fees and Customs Duties

Shipping fees are calculated based on your destination and have no weight limit.

All taxes and customs duties are included for deliveries to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, France, the European Union, and the United States.

For other destinations, customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are not included and may vary depending on local regulations.

What to do if you are charged customs fees?

If you are billed for customs fees even though you live in a country where they should be included, please contact us immediately and keep all communication received from the carrier.

For all other regions, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to confirm any applicable fees.


Delivery Times and Methods

Orders are shipped within 5 business days after your jewelry piece has been crafted, unless otherwise stated.

In France, deliveries are made via Colissimo (with tracking number provided).
For other countries, the carrier may vary, but a tracking number will always be available.

We currently do not offer Express Delivery.
Please note that Milona is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.


Refused or Undelivered Packages

If you refuse delivery of your package or if it cannot be delivered for any reason (e.g., incorrect address), a €15 processing and return fee will be deducted from your refund.
This fee covers the costs associated with the return and processing of the parcel.

We strongly recommend that you accept all deliveries and contact us immediately if there are any issues, so we can find the best possible solution for you.

Prices displayed on our website are shown in local currency or euros, and do not include customs fees (except for exempted zones).
