Preparation time

Preparation times depend on the jewelry you order (see product page). Delivery times begin once your order has been shipped.

Interlinked Hearts Necklace and Interlinked Hearts Bracelet 

These pieces are already produced and only require engraving: 1 to 3 business days.

Made-to-order jewelry 

These pieces are produced according to your specifications:

• Gold and silver: 5 to 7 business days
• Rose gold: 8 to 10 business days

Delivery times:

Once shipped, orders take:

• Standard delivery: 6 to 9 business days
• Belgium: 7 to 10 business days
• Switzerland: 9 to 12 business days

The total estimated timeframe is the preparation time plus the delivery time.Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping confirmation

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery address

We will deliver your order to the delivery address specified when you placed your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct and, where applicable, that someone is available to accept or sign for the delivery with the selected delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for packages signed for by anyone other than the recipient.
